No. We first check availability and then confirm your pickup time, final price and payment details by email or WhatsApp.
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Only children below 3 years old are free. Please include every child in your booking request so we can arrange the correct vehicle and seating.
Pregnant guests cannot join dune bashing, quad biking, buggy riding, sandboarding or other high-impact activities. Ask us about a camp-only option with gentle transportation.
Safety comes first. We may adjust the timing or activity. If JAS Tours cancels the complete experience, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
